Pending Pick up

I place 2 different orders from Mango on 15th and 16th of Nov 2022.
The courier was given to Delhivery for the delivery and since 15th Nov the shipment is pending to be picked up status its almost 10 days now nothing is changed and my order is high value order who will be responsible for it if its lost or damaged or never picked up. Please help me in getting this issue resolved....

Parcel says discarded

My parcel was sent by delhivery air since it was urgent, but the courier was dispatched 2 days late and if further stuck at Delhi airport since 2 days, status says discarded. What the hell is discarded!...

Denial of shipment delivery at my home address

Address: Delhivery Pvt. Ltd., Near Mayura Circle, Hebbal 2nd stage, Mysore-570017, Karnataka, India.

I had ordered for an issue of new Cheque book from ICICI Bank, Kuvempunagar Branch, Mysore. It was assigned for delivery via Delhivery company.

The shipment was supposed to be delivered at the address as below:
#48, Neelakanteshwara Marga, Gayathri Layout, Shankara Nagar, Mysore-570022.
But the delivery agent came only till RT Nagar main road (which is atleast 1.5 km from my home) and called me to come to the...

Parcel missing and no support

I have booked a pickup parcel from Gwalior to satna by delhivery and after some days when i got msg that today parcel will be delivered but no parcel came then i went to delhivery wear house and found that my parcel was not present there and they assure me to give them 2 days for issue resolving next day i got msg of parcel delivered.
I went a lot of times to delhivery wear house but still they are unable to track my parcel and i issued...

My Shipment is still not delivered

Hello, My shipment status show the status delivered on 29/10/2022 but it's still not delivered or It delivered at wrong place. The waybill numbers are[protected] and[protected] . I have a proof of CCTV footage also there is no deliveryman came on delivered time. One more thing How they can delivered with the OTP....

Shipment status showing Delivered, but actual it's not delivered

My Shipment status showing Delivered, but actual it's not delivered. I think deliveryman has delivered at wrong place. Second thing how they can delivered without OTP. I have CCTV footage also, no deliveryman came to my home for delivery....

Ordered some eatables from haldiram through their website on 19.10.222. Received message your order number [protected] shipped with AWB#[protected]. After two days I tracked the shipment it shows out for delivery but not received. When I checked the status shows verification call failed but no one calling me from delivery team. After few days the tracking status changed as due to security reason your shipment returned to sender. Till today...

My return order stuck on your facility from last 12 days

Hi,
My order for tracking ID:[protected] has been stuck in your delhivery facility for more than 12 and not moving. Everyday, when I check from your website, you guys always schedule the delivery date for next day. It's happening from last 5-6 day and due to this my refund for the same would not process due to your shipping delays.

Its been more than a month my shipment has not been delivered to the consignee
