Hi this is to say the experience of getting a product from your assistance
Today I had a call from the delhivery agent regarding the product from Flipkart is ready for delivery and said that it is not possible to deliver at door step and asked me to come 1 km away from the respective address .
I refused him as I was busy with my online classes
I contacted flipkart team and they replied not to collect as the product is requested to be delivered door step .
Whatever it will be difficult for me to collect it from their location .
Hope this will help me deal with this issue
