Delhivery — delivery could not be attempted-no calls or message received

Today 23 Feb 2020 at 11:52 am, I received OTP for accessing Delhivery package delivery.Since the When I track the delivery on their website it is been in the status of "out for delivery" with message that delivery executive is out for delivery.I havent received a call from delivery person.Until 8pm I see the same status.

But after 8 pm the status has changed from "out for delivery " to "In-transit" with the message that 'Delivery could not be attempted'.

I have been waiting for this since morning and made myself and my mobile available all day as it is important for me to receive the package as early as possible.

Please check into this.
