Delhivery — Delivery guy didn't send the product to the merchant

So on friday I returned the product and till now which is Wednesday they haven't proceeded the product to the merchant neither they returned it back to me.

So I called the supervisor but got no response
Also I asked another delivery guy
He confirmed that the product is there in their office.
