Delhivery — Delivery missing

My package is already 7 days late i asked on twitter and on mail but they are only saying ill get it son the package contains my new router my old one died and today was my first exam i somehow managed it but they aren't helping when i asked them to give me address of the place where my package is near my location so i can pick it up they just ignored it i am just frustrated my exams are stopping in between i got warning coz of bad internet it was shipped on 7th December 2021 Tracking ID
