Delhivery — Delivery person stole my package and updated that I denied pickup

Happened on 20th July, 2022 Delivery agent - [protected] stole the package himself and updated in the evening on the courier tracking that i denied pickup, now I'm stuck struggling to get refund as both the delhivery and shoppersstop are denying the same. The delhivery agent also knew that i had two shoes for return which he shouldn't, and now it has been ten days and no update has been given AWB [protected] Was this information helpful?
