Delhivery — Doesnt receievd my parcel and yet its marked as delivered

I have ordered items from nykaa and delhivery boy has delivered that parcel to wrong address and also when I searched the number of the person to whom it get delivered they denied and told that courier person asked otp on phone and mark it as deliver and cut the phone.
