I have purchased some item from a relatively small online merchant with tracking ID is [protected]. The package was scheduled to be delivered by 2nd August 2021 which I have ordered on 22nd July 2021. The package reached my destined location on 31st July but later headed on to a different location (Farthest hub). I have informed about this to the company's mail id but they did not respond back, I even tried calling the local Delhivery hub several times to inform about their possible mistake but they did not care to pick my call. Throughout the time I was constantly checking my order status which was untouched ever since it got diverted. Seeing that the order status wasn't updated after 31st July at all, I again mailed back to the Delhivery's customer support several times, to which this time they replied back that they have escalated my issue to the concerned team and that I will get my package within 24 hours. But today i.e, 5th August while I was checking the status of the package it showed that my product was scheduled for return, but throughout the entire course I wasn't even notified nor did they even try to reach out to me even once. Now the question is who will pay for my loss which I am not even aware of? Since the company where I have ordered from has no refund or return policy, what will I do, now that my package is being shipped back to the seller? All my time and money has gone to waste because someone was being negligent at workplace. I want accountability from Delhivery!
