Delhivery — Extra deductions on parcel

Address: Plot 5, Sector 44 Gurugram Gurgaon District Haryana India - 122002

I use Delhivery courier services with user ID SFJAZZY0093958. A month ago, the company charges extra amount on the parcel and that is still not refunded back. They are just making delays by giving some irrelevant reasons.
Kindly look into this.
