Delhivery — Fake Product delivered and not picking up the phone

I ordered an iphone which was delivered to me today and after contacting to the concerned they said that we are raising a email for pickup, and delhivery is an partner with those seller, and the ammount was nearly 19000 in COD ..I didn't getting any response from the seller .
