Delhivery — Heavy Wooden bed in Shipment is damaged

I had shipped one wooden bed through Delhivery courier from Durgapur, westbengal to Pune. It is heavy wooden bed and not the MDF or ply one. They packed it in total 4 packs. The tracking ID for same is "[protected]".
On receiving the shipment I found that two sides frame of the bed is damaged making it unusable. Apart from that there are lot of dents. It looks like parcel was not handled properly. It must have been thrown to make such damage to a strong wooden bed.
