Delhivery — I am not getting any input on my query that I am not able to track one of AWB which contain very important papers

Hi Team
I have tried connecting with Delhivery over website as well as through email but no luck .

My company is unable to track this AWB and this courier contains very important papers and this courier have not been delivered yet .
This is urgently required .
When I am trying to track this AWB it is not giving any result, as well when i am fetching any of my older orders from website it is not reflecting any data
