On may 27, 2021 I ordered a product (saree) from an online shopping site. I received it on 3rd June. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of product also it was weary and teary at the borders. So I informed the merchant immediately and they agreed for a refund. They have a 7 day return policy. On 5th june ie within 2 days they themselves arranged reverse pick up via delhivery . I have taken the video of returning product to delivery man, also I have the message they sent to me informing the pick up.
The shop is situated at surat. From tracking details provided by delhivery it is evident that the product managed to pass Kerala, karnataka, maharashtra amidst lock down situations and reach surat on 14th June.
But till this day(29/6/2021) they didn't deliver product to the shop which is situated in the same town. I have sent 3 mails, multiple phone calls and complaints. I have also went in person to the courier company's branch in my home town.They too tried contacting the branch at surat. But no response at all.
It has been 24days. To my mails, and watsapp messages they are giving excuses like there is heavy load. There is operational issue. We have included your name in high priority list etc. Every time they ask to kindly wait for 2 more days. But the delivery date is being postponed indefinitely.
The merchant told only after receiving the product they will refund. So due to the negligence of delivery company I'm currently with neither money nor product.
I urge an immediate solution to this problem.I need to be informed an exact date when they will deliver my product. They have put me in such a frustrated state that i can't keep on believing their 'pls wait for 2 more days' promise. I have already invested a whole lot of time in this issue and can't afford to lose more. Kindly provide adequate support and guidance in this issue Was this information helpful? |
