Delhivery — Its been 18 days since my parcel hasnt been delivered

Order ID: T1G[protected]F7M7 Waybill:[protected] I had shipped out a high value item from Chhattisgarh to Hyderabad, It’s been 18 days and it still hasn’t been delivered. Since 10 days it’s showing stuck in Hyderabad facility. Kindly help to solve this issue immediately. Delhivery doesn't even have any customer support number and they don’t respond to emails.
