My name is Rajeev Kumar and I had ordered a product from Amazon order number ibid. Amazon sent this order through Shiprocket/ Delhivery tracking number ibid. Today Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent (Mob No :- [protected]) called me on my mobile to deliver the parcel and my wife picked up his call. She refused to accept the order because we are not availaible at the delivery station. During call this Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent started misbehaving with my wife and start with saying...
why have you ordered if you dont want to accept
Why dont you cancel it online
I am fed up with customers like you
Next time don't order any parcel, or next time i will not carry or deliver your parcel
...
After this my wife felt embarassed and humiliating then cut his call. But again he called back and started saying you receive the product and raise the return. She again refused to do. He also said many other words which you never use for your customers. At last he asked for OTP for refusing parcel. She passed the OTP to him. I have complete recording of his calls. When my wife told me about this i called him and asked his superior or area manager number, but he refused to give any detail about his senior or manager. He replied do whatever you want.
I have already complained this matter on amazon, Delhivery and shiprocket platform but they dont care about there customers.
It is requested that please take necessary action against this Shiprocket/ Delhivery courier services.
