Delhivery — My order is delayed

Order id[protected]...my order is showing transit since 11 days in repeated place in hyd only. even I stay hyd...if I ask anything they responding like it is transit in hyd they will be deliver tomorrow they saying..but daily the date is changing to 1 day from 8 days... please change delivery boys and keep some good people who will work correct.. don't play with costumers...they will not give notification also... delhivery is worst courier I have seen till today with no response

I also having the simialr issue with Delhivery Banajara hills location, since 12 days it's showing in-transit with no update on it.
