Delhivery — My package has not been delivered

Company falsely says your package has been delivered but in actually it's a false claim they update on app that the package has been delivered they don't have any proof of that to whom they delivered. It's a pattern in which thousands of consumer are been cheated on daily basis no action has been taken against this company. People aren't fool to waste their time by giving complaints .
