[Resolved]  Delhivery — My package is not delivered but status is marked as delivered

AWB[protected] is tracking number. Though package is not delivered I received a message that its delivered on 11th Dec. I've raised query using customer care immediately but there is no response till now.

The proof of delivery that was sent to my email is a incorrect one. Package wasn't delivered. I have responded the same to delhivery customer care.

I too had same problem. My courier didn't received but it has been marked as delivered in tracking link.
