My company initiated an mmt request for the pick up of laptop. I got the msg for pickup on July 13th and after few hours without asking for my permission he cancelled the pickup. When I called him and asked he said sry and he'll reschedule the pick up request. It's been 4 days and there is no update. And the tracking is updated as the pick up was cancelled by me. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS MY PICK UP SHOULD BE DONE 2 DAYS BACK, BUT THE ITEM IS NOT EVEN ACTIONED YET.
