Delhivery — Not found full parcel

Address: Vatta grenal store pundri near k.m.v college

. My order tracking no..[protected].. delivered my courier in last Sunday 1august .. I received one box with white fome and khaki tap.. received one light in box .. but fandomlight company said he delivered 2 light one + one box attached and he delivered..but my side i found only one single box ... pls help me .. I attached pictures some my side delivered box me ... and some pictures he share fandomlight packaging box...
