Delhivery — Not sending refund for extra changes after reminding them 4-5 times

For 500 grams parcel .i have submitted proof for both weight and dimensions and it's been accepted by the concerned team. but they are not sending refund. I have been chasing from 18th. 0 work has been done.
Client service is bad, only mail communication, no live chat with account managers.
