Delhivery — Order of my fampay card

I order my fampay card on 4 may, it was to be delivered to me on 14 may but delhivery is showing that order cancelled by the consumer but i have not cancelled it .

Sir, Kindly Speed Up My Package AWB NUMBER : [protected] and Deliver it to me as Soon as Possible TODAY ITSELF as I Have not Received My Order Since the Last 10 Days...So, Kindly Deliver My Order Without any Further Delays.. Since it is really Urgent.
