Delhivery — Package lost by delhivery Udalguri.

I have an issue with my recent Amazon return order which was manifested at 29/12/2022 for return pickup at Udalguri delhivery till now it's not picked up today 17/01/2023 it's been more than 16 days so i decided to drop the package so i dropped my package on 14/01/2023 till today there is no update by the way i have raise an issue with delhivery customer support more than 10 times till now no resolution had given simply they updated and skipping dates.
*Those are consignment numbers which was created from 29/12/2022 to 16/01/2023 for pickups.

There was more but they simply skipped cancelled and delete it one of the horrible experience with delhivery courier service even Ecom, ekart, xpreesbees, bluedart provide better resolution.
