Delhivery — Package missing in Audit & delayed

I had placed an order from Vila organics who used Delhivery services to ship my package. The initial date of delivery was 16th April. Since then, they are increasing the delivery date everyday and now its 21st. What is most concerning to me is that the package is in the same location since last 6 days i.e. from 13th April it shows in Nagpur and more importantly it says package missing in audit. What is going on, there is no way to contact Delhivery, I have tried emails/calls, nothing works.
