Delhivery — Package not yet delivered but it shows delivered while tracking

I haven't received my order till now, but it shows delivered while tracking.Delivery person came on 9th aug and told me that he will bring my package after sometime but he didn't come and no call or OTP has come regarding my order delivery.

I have sent mails and queries to customer support team but no response from their and no reply regarding my package .Please sent it it's very important
