Delhivery — Payment Issue

Two payment was deducted via GPay when delhivery sent me the payment link.
But the payment was not received by delhivery's end. I had to pay cash to the Delhivery agent.
I also received msg from delhivery that payment is not received but it has been deducted from my side.
But i have received two massage in delivery privet limited (Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery)(Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. If a long days gone payment not credit in my account

Delhivery is not picking the customer service calls.
Kindly look into the matter.

Payment made for fraud seller. I called for wrong delivery the person started abusing me.
