Delhivery — Pickup of courier not done, unable to cancel and claim refund

Order was placed on 14th April for a courier from Jamshedpur to Visakhapatnam since we needed the suit to be worn on college convocation on 22nd April. The order has still (19th April) not been picked up. The customer care says that the complete address was not provided when all the details including house number, street name and pincode have been provided. The delivery agent reached out to us on the 1st day and we had also explained the address to him. Now the delivery agent says the route is not on his pick up route and he will not be able to pickup. The company is not willing to assign another delivery agent and are asking to cancel the order. When I am trying to cancel the order after this pathetic experience their website says no refund will be provided since pickup has been completed -_-
