I have order a product form an Instrgram page which was shipped through Delhivery on 20th July 2022 with Tracking ID [protected].
The Product was to be delivered by 25th July, 2022. Upon raising an issue i got a customary email from delhivery customer care saying sorry for the delay.
Nothing happened after that till date and my package is not yet delivered. none of my concerns are being answered by the Delhivery Customer Care.
The tracking details are being updated saying that there will delay due to bad weather conditions. I really dont understand what bad weather is existing in my area.
The customer care is the worst and we cannot reach to them through other means except for raising an issue on their website which will never be addressed.
Help me to get the package delivered or get me refund of the original amount plus compensation for handling the issue in the worst way possible. Was this information helpful? |
