Delhivery — Product is not delivered and fake update on tracking page

On Nov 11 2020, I ordered Samsung mobike from Samsung online store and paid in online. ORDER ID is [protected]. Delhivery is that courier partner. ID is[protected]. The product reached my nearest location on November 13 but after that I am not getting any update. i raised multiple complaints in both Samsung and Delhivery website but issue is resolved. On Nov 20 2020, I got message that my product will be delivered but after 3 hours, I got message like due to in complete address my product was not delivered. I shocked that It is proper address and Not even contacted me and delivery agent simply updated fake tracking mark

Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I too had the same experience from Delhivery through Samsung shop. It reached nearest hub in 3 days but after that full of fake updates daily like unreachable mobile for 3 days. After my continuous calls and escalations everyday, at Last they started updating address is incorrect. Got so frustrated, escalated to Samsung CEO. At Last they delivered product that too in damaged state.
Samsung should reconsider their delivery partner who is very unethical
