Package with AWB[protected], booked on 9th from Pune to Aligarh via Pickrr. Reached Aligarh on 16th. But, marked return by Delhivery with reason " improper packing". No information provided to us as the customer. The package was properly packed in a heavy insulated styrofoam container. I shared the pictures of the package at the time of hand over to the delivery agent.
On repeated follow ups, Pickrr provided pictures of damaged parcel on 28th & today they say that Delhivery has marked package is lost in transit.
Delhivery does not provide any update at all. Their contact number is not available anywhere. Hence, they cannot be contacted on phone.
How is such a big package lost in transit suddenly after 3 days of sharing the pictures of damaged package? This is clearly a case of theft as such heavy packaging cannot be damaged unless done intentionally. We had also written "Handle with care" on the package.
Attaching pictures of the parcel at the time of handover to the pick up agent & of the damaged parcel provided by Pickrr.
This is totally unacceptable. They are stealing the packages of customers.
