I have sent 7 boxes through delhivery courier on 4th June, 2022, it consists of 1 7 seater sofa and 1 dining set which includes 1 dining table and 6 chairs, out of 6 I've recieved 4 completely damaged chairs and my sofa got damaged as well. These items I've recieved on 8th June, 2022. On 8th june itself I've raised a complain to delhivery and after that they've sent me one monitory claim form to claim money of my damaged items. I've submitted the form on 9th of June, 2022 . After several emails and notifications they have not bothered even for once, neither claimed my money nor tried to reply me for once. Every single day I use to email them for updates but never received any single mail from them regarding the monitory claims. Before the shipment they've even made fake promised like thei dispatch all these stuffs every single day and it's their responsibility to deliver it properly. I just want my monitory claim money as soon as possible
