Delhivery — Refund my amount

First i placed 2 orders one for Orissa and other for Maharashtra. Their team exchange the barcode. So for this i have to reorder again. Below are the awb number. Their team has promised me to refund vut now they are not responding

The other they sent meesho order on my order. Package is still with me. The delivered order is of meesho. Their executive are illiterate barcodes are placed still they out wrong label
