This is regarding the return of the item to seller.

The pickup is attempted 3 times but not successful, reasons are unknown.
Every day I will get a message that pickup will be attempted today and by evening I will get a message stating that it is not possible to do so. Finally, when I have received such 3rd message, I called the delivery execute and requested him to collect the package.
This is done, and now the main issue my package is sitting in their return center from past 12 days. From 1st Oct I am receiving the return date as next working day and that will be automatically changed by 1 day.
I am contacting the customer support who says it will be returned, but there is not specific date or any assurance. There is no call or chat support from the company. This is way too much and unrealistic delay.
