Delhivery — Returned without my concern

Address: Manipal Institute of Technology Udupi - Karkala Road Eshwar Nagar, Gate No.2 ,Ladies Hostel -Block 3

Dear Sir,
My tracking ID :[protected], has been returned without my permission. Yesterday I e on 23/11/2021 the delivery agent had come to drop I couldn't attend his call at that moment and I later informed him to get the parcel next day, he even agreed to it.
But today on 24/11/2021 when I checked it's showing that item is put to return.
