Delhivery — Shipment delayed and completely unresponsive behavior by DELHIVERY

This is the worst organization I have ever come across in my life. The most unprofessional and unresponsive company It has been 16 days since I have booked a package that needed to be delivered from Saharanput to Goa. after days of delay, I saw a new update that the shipment has reached Goa. Now it has been 2 days since its in their Goa facility but didnt move out for Delivery. The particular has been ordered by the MLA of Goa who is now being impatient with the whole process an ready to sue this fraud company. The number these people have provided is of no use and everytime we call it says an error has occurred. It was a sample product that we ordered which was supposed to give jobs to 80 artisans and now because of Delhivery's fault, they are going to loose on this opportunity. the worst company, unprofessional, I wish they get the karma for this and gets shut. Don't give your valuable to these people and dont get them your hard earned money. We will filing a FIR and urging everyone to do the same.
