[Resolved]  Delhivery — Shipment from Decathlon opened before delivery in the transit. AWB [protected]

Shipment from Decathalon received today 13, Nov, 202010:50AM, the cardboard box was opened from below side. I was unable to notice while receiving it. But when i tried to open it, the tape was already removed and box was torn from below side. The original packing of clothes was not found inside.

It appeared like clothes were taken out, tried and repacked. Clothes stuffed in clumsy manner from outside.

I'm very disappointed. For the first time I've experienced such thing. Now i don't want any precious clothing materials or goods online through delivery.

Also the behaviour of delivery person was impolite.

Please take concern of it.
