Hi team,
I want to file a complaint against delhivery for losing my shipment and for an irresponsible and unprofessional behavior against customers.
I had booked a shipment (Large Trolley bag with all my clothes -23kg) from Banagalore to Silchar via Delhivery through shiprocket.
On 10/03/2022, the delhivery guys came to pick up my shipment.
On 15/03/2022, I received an update that the shipment status is RTO, returned to origin due to Operational Constraints. I have no idea why it was returned and I wasn't even contacted. I saw the status when I went to check the status of delhivery. Upon multiple followups there was no reason provided for the return
Finally on 23/03/2022, it is showing as LOST. Delhivery support are not picking up my calls or providing updates on my shipment. How can they lose such a big size bag of 23kg which was not even shipped to the destination?
This shipment is very valuable to me as it contains all my and my wife's clothes and I request the forum to help me get the shipment.
I am struggling to get proper update from past 3 weeks and it's really frustrating.
