Delhivery — Shipment never reached at destination but they show status as delivered

I have send a shipment to my hometown with delhivery. on there website the order shows delivered but it never reached at my home. I tried contacting them using twitter but not response there. They don’t have customer helpline also. I am feeling so frustrated and cheated
