Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — company claiming different number of products

I had returned 8 items via delhivery whereas they are claiming I have returned only 3 items. Please look into this asap. I am attaching receipt where I have mentioned I have returned 8 items and it has signature of delivery guy as well. You guys should have the same receipt on your side(copy of this) and should have my signature on that. Please look into this.

Product ordered and got different product .they send different saree.i didn't got the product Wich I ordered.therebis no email address or phone number they have given to return the product.i don't know how to return the product.so please help me
