Delhivery courier service - original iphone replaced with fake product

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that i have ordered an iphone from quickr.com which was delivered by delhivery courier boy who was wearing delhivery uniform and a big bag with other stuffs.

As it was cash on delivery product he took the money and when i asked him that i will open the product in front of him he strictly told me that he will not responsible for this and will not allow me to open the product.

When i got that product and i opened it i found the product has been replaced with fake product which was also used by somebody as there were photo clicked from it.

When i speak to my vendor he told me that this has been done by a courier boy and now i am in a so bad situation that not even a courier boy is taking a call and vendor is also saying that he is not responsible for this but still they would try to get it replaced.

But till date i am not getting satisfactory answer from anyone. I have been sending regular emails to delhivery but they are also not responding to it. It seems like this was done by them intentionally and it is the way of making money for them.

The details of courier boy is : he called himself akash and he called me from : [protected]

Pls help me in getting my money back.

    I ordered a 32gb micro sd card.
    It was delivered after a delay (From the day i was informed that the package will be delivered) of 2 days. Reference number:[protected][protected]).

    When i tried to call the courier agency or the courier guy, no response from their side. I had sent a mail on their website, but still no response.

    Copy of the mail:
    Dear delhivery,

    I received an item at my office with above mentioned reference number -
    [protected][protected]).

    However, when opened the package, i realised that the 32gb card from the packet is missing and an empty packet has been delivered.

    When trying to call, there is no response on the number given.

    Hope you will send my card to me.

      This is regarding delhivery courier service complaint.

      I ordered gift via online shopping (www.zivame.com) on 12th nov and they dispatched my package next day itself via delhivery courier service to pune (My location) - awb number:[protected].

      After tracking the courier details, i came to know that package has been reached to pune on 14th nov, but not delivered to me till now. I am following up with them but they are not even sharing courier boy number or center number from where i can get the details.

      I have following details related to my complaint -

      On the name of: manish jain
      Awb number:[protected]
      Delhivery courier contact number:[protected]

      Desirable resolution - as it was gift package, we need this on time to be delivered. Either they should deliver my package today only or need to give me penalty because there will not be any use of this gift package (If i don't get today).

      I am expecting earlier response from courier company.

        Hi,

        I had a product from pepperfry being delivered by delhivery under awb no.[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 3rd november 2016. Here is how it went:

        Day 1 (Nov 3) - i get a message in the morning that product is out of delivery. I get a call from courier guy at around 2pm but i wasn't home. So asked him to come at 4. Got message in the evening that i wasn't home and product couldn't be delivered.
        Day 2 (Nov 4) - i get a message in the morning that product is out of delivery. I was at home the entire day. No communication from courier guy. Got message in the evening that i wasn't home and product couldn't be delivered.
        Day 3 (Nov 5) - i get a message in the morning that product is out of delivery. I called their customer care at around 1pm and asked them to provide courier guy's number. Representative couldn't do that but assured me that product will be delivered today. No further communication from anybody.
        Day 4 (Nov 6) - sunday. No communication
        Day 5 (Nov 7) - i called customer service again and to my surprise they informed me that the product has been delivered. I didn't receive the product. So they took my email id and asked me to wait for 24 hrs and they'll send me the proof of delivery.
        Day 6 (Nov 8) - i called customer service again. So they took my email id again and asked me to wait for 24 hrs and they'll send me the proof of delivery.
        Day 7 (Nov 9) - same as day 6.
        Day 8 (Nov 10) - still no resolution. No proof of delivery

        It is still not resolved. All I got from Delhivery is a fake proof of delivery. It's not my handwriting. Definitely not my sign. Pic attached.

          Good day,

          It's very frustrating to say the courier product is delivered, nobody has come to deliver the product to our address and we have not signed the product for receipt,
          How it can happen?? Why the courier company is saying product delivered but we have not received the product. How the courier company is running?? Why PAYTM is sending shipment through courier who does not have any moral responsibility to deliver the product and then say product delivered. We have not received the product and courier saying delivered how funny, there must be signature for us saying we received

            For last 4 days, I have been getting different calls from different folks in the courier company asking my address location. They do not even know this area and when I inquired why every day one one person is calling, they are shouting they will not do delivery and we can do whatever we want.

            Second guy calls and says our conversation is recorded and he will go to police station. We asked him to come over to the nearby police station and he cuts the call

            On top of this, your tracking system states that consignee not available for 4 days when I am very much at home all day.

              I live in agartala, tripura... placed my order on 2nd october 2016 frm official mi site... it was said that delivery ll b done within 7 days... d order was manifeted on delhivery.com on 7th october in their bengaluru hub... it was offloaded thrugh air on 8th october towards assam.. till now it is in transit (region specific off) in assam... dnt know hw many days more they ll take to deliver my order...

              I have ordered a mobile battery from ebay.in
              itemid :[protected].

              and it is shipped through Delhivery.com its airway bill number is[protected].

              They have not delivered the product but they told already delivered.

              I put the delivery address as my office address, so they make use of that. Not responding for mails too.
              I ordered a Redmi Note 3 from Snapdeal and they shipped it through Delhivery. The last status ia updated is dispatched from origin city Bangalore on 1:32 PM on 8 Nov 2016 but still havent recieved it or any update on it while other companies take 2 days to delivery.                 I have ordered one item from Peachmode and the shipment is coming Via delhivery. from two days it shows out for delhivery and no person from Delhivery has contacted me for the shipment and no one came to the mentioned adress also . When i check the status via the tracking id it says the consignee unavailable at the address and the next day again it says asked for delay dekhivery whereas we have not received any call from the delhivery person. When i called up delhivery they do not have any information about the delhivery person.
                I want to raise a complain against delhivery for the pathatic service they have provided and if i dont get my products i want my money back

                  DELHIVERY Courier service is one of the worst delivery system, which I never come across.
                  Camera backpack for DSLR ordered through Photosquare on 15.09.16, expected date of delivery was on 19.09.16, even till date the item is not delivered delivery boy doesn't comes to the addresses and sends message saying customer not available a the address... There is no use of calling customer care, bcoz, it's always engaged...

                  with lot of frustration, I'm launching this complaint for public awareness.

                    They haven't delivered the package. I have ordered the package from paytm 10 days ago. They took the product from the vendor 4 days late and for transporting to the city nearby i live in 3 days. And another 3 days shipping tome. Customer care doesn't respond correctly and blabber as if they don't know any information. They refuse to give information of the delivery person so that we can call him and ask where he is. Very bad service delhivery. Why the e-commerce companies like choose a [censored]ing courier delivery service like this. Paytm people even doesn't take care of their customers and reply.

                      Shipment ID:#[protected].Gave PG address. These people are not calling to the person to make sure whether they are available in given address or not. Without checking how can you deliver the product to other persons?? I checked with security and they confirmed that no courier person came during that time so they have delivered to wrong person(Stranger). What is wrong with Delhivery courier service ? Till now i didnt face any issue with other courier services. Atleast customer service people should respond to mail right.
                      There customer care are complete irresponsible people.4 times I called them and each time they told they are sending the details to which guy they have delivered. After 8 days I got the detail and when I told them how can you deliver without contacting me, they are telling bull [censored] reason that the guy shown my govt id proof and received the product but how is this possible and also they are telling mailing and contacting is not necessary. We will deliver on given address to anyone whom we will find on address. these all information given by executive I spoke over call and name was mohit.

                      Delhivery is really a black mark on ecommerce and because of such companies, people are getting afraid to place their orders.

                      How can you mark it as resolved still I dint get any responsible reply from Delhivery.
                      What is going on.. I am unable to understand...
                      First of all, Because of your mistake, You have delivered my product wrongly...
                      After I have intimated you, You are telling you will contact me but its almost 2 weeks and no contact.
                      because of you mistakes, its more than 2 months and I am suffering because of your worst services.
                      After doing follow up, you are sending non sense replies like concerned team will contact you soon.
                      If you cant deliver products correctly just close these things because I have placed order via HDFC and because of you good companies are making there images bad in e-commerce. I want a clear response this time. I don't want to suffer mentally as its high time.

                        It is really unfortunate that we have to contact you this way but the experience that we have had recently with "Delhivery" has forced us to contact you as we are not getting any response from your company's executives.

                        This is with reference to our AWB No.[protected], that after chasing the pickup team for 3 days, the pick up was arranged on 10th August 2016 and till date it is lying at Ludhiana Hub. We had sent the "Manifest" file 3 times and each time we have received one email just mentioning that "upload failed". We have been chasing the Customer Support continuously but have not received any response. Ours is an Online Selling company and services like these do bring a wrong image to our brand.

                        It's been 4 days today that we have not received any response on the fate of our parcel. We now want it back as we are going to avail another service provider to deliver the same to our client.

                        We request you to kindly assist us in this matter, as we have already escalated the matter to the following people, but sadly, no reply from the so-called "RESPONSIBLE" executives of your company:

                          The Delhivery is the worst courier agency I have come across in my life. I have order a product from YepMe on Aug 05, 2016 and the same was sent via Delhivery on Aug 06, 2016. But till today I have been struggling to get the courier. The Website is everytime showing different status and no one is bother to respond or call us and update the status.

                          Whenever called the customer care they everytime say that due to operational issues the order is delivered. They have been overloaded by the orders and they are unable to deliver on the committed time.

                          I have raised the complaint at Delhivery Customer Care but till now no response. The complaint number for the same is 10182 and that too without resolution till date.

                          Can someone wake these guys and explain them the meaning of customer service deliver on the committed time.

                            My order is not delivered. There was no phone calls nor any msg. Suddenly there is a msg saying that my order is been cancelled. How could this happen. The courier team should give a phone call to collect the package. But with out letting us know that the package has come how could they cancel the order.                                     Delivery is very cheat courier, my pickup was done on 3rd April 16, and they have no details about the pickup..
                                    I lost my pickup receipt, tried to ask AWB no they failed to tell the details, pickup was with tie-up with VOONIK, and voonik is also not having any details..
                                    10 times i call them then they told me a AWB no on with the pickup was showing cancelled as i refused to give them the product..
                                    These people are not helping me to find out where the product is, as my money is still with VOONIK, i have to get refund but no help from delhivery..
                                    I have sms sent by delhivery for the pickup..
                                    If i refused the pickup then why no sms or update regarding the cancellation of pickup by Delhivery & VOONIK also..
                                    But the Delhivery has updated the wrong info on tracking details so VOONIK can do nothing..

                                      Have faced delayed delibery from this courier service previously also, and now i ordered something from koovs, these guys are responsible for delivery and they changed the pincode by themselves, and say i have entered wrong pincode. Delivery delayed by 4 days.
                                      Customer care not at all helpful, have been promising delivery next day And still where is my parcel lying i have no idea.
                                      Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hello delhivery,

                                        I am vivek from Chennai, I was placed order from Paytm and they are sent my parcel thru delhivery Courier awb no is s[protected] but now status is showing delivered but I am not received my parcel .. My question is how you guys are delivered product without ID proof ? there is no chance to get my relatives because I am only one living in Chennai And my location is very difficult to find so without calling you found my address and delivered the parcel.. Bravo. ... I need proper solution and explanation is required.

                                        Note : Because of your Mistake, I am in under stress due to money and time involved.

                                        Did Delhivery followed any one rules Compare to others Couriers

                                        1. Before delivery the product, Make the Call Confirmation? Bluedart does.

                                        2. After reached home make a call and confirm or ask my phone number? Gojavas does.

                                        3. If I am not available making the call and asking me to shall I delivery the parcel to Mr.xxx? Bluedart Does.

                                        4. Asking Id Proof of receiver? Gojavas Does.

                                        Yours courier did not follow anything, If you guys followed this mistake won't happen but
                                        customer need to suffer in there own money and mental stress. If it is COD shipped you guys
                                        are calling before and after reached home because its delhivery responsible but prepaid
                                        order, They won't bother and play with customer money. Please give equal importance for all orders.
