Delhivery — Unethical Behaviour

I have booked a parcel pickup through Delhivery courier from Bangalore to Balaghat, But at the time of delivery wrong parcel got delivered.
The parcel that got delivered to me was of Mr. Sukumar which lives in Mumbai, I contacted him the same day and got to know that my parcel got delivered to him. We both have submitted multiple complaints on Delhivery app regarding the delivery of wrong package but their support team is not at all responding to both o[censored]s.
After some tries I was able to pull off the Bangalore office manager Mr. Gurumal Phone no. but as soon as I told him that I got the wrong package he stopped picking up calls and continuously start to avoid it.
and this is not the only case I faced this type of behaviour many times from Delhivery.
