Delhivery — Very bad courier service

Address: Ranchi ,harmu housing colony ,Radha Madan villa delatoli is the address of courier center

My order was out for delivery on14 SEP . but delivery boy doesn't contacted me even once .and a msg came to me that my order is not delivered because I was not available.on 15 SEP it was showing that my order is out for delivery, but I still decided to go to delivery hub which is 12 km away fromy house.i reached there after 40 min when it was showing that my order is out for delivery.but the delivery boy was just chilling there and my parcel was lying on the floor, it was not even packed in there bag to go out for delivery.😡😡
