Delhivery — wrong amount on invoice

I have shipped my scooter from gurgaon to varanasi with lrn[protected] with the help of your executive ujjwal sawarn. As per our discussion total change would be 2400/ including all the taxes. As per requirement i have mad the 2000/ advance payment through google pay (Receipt attached) but i received the scooter deliver person asking for 1209/ and give me invoice accordingly. Total i have paid 3209/- to get my scooter shipped from gurgaon to varanasi but as per commitment it should be 2400/ only. Even after paying the 3209/ amount, i have not received the correct invoice with correct amount. What is the glitch there, please return back to my remaining money and pls try to be on your world when committing with customer. I have complained about the same to ujjwal but he is not providing the expected resolution and asking for sometime from last 3 days. I have parceled my bike from Delhi to Patna along with my bike key, disc lock, mobile holder and helmet. But my bike key has been misplaced by the courier service and also didn't get my disc lock as well as my mobile holder and also after 1-2 days they have blocked my number as well as whatsapp. This kind of service is not acceptable by Delhivery agent name Ujjwal Sawarn. I want my bike key back as well as other components because it was their responsibility.
