Dell — Dell venue 7 3741 tablet charger damaged

I purchase a dell venue 7 3741 tablet on 4 th september 2015 ..it has one year warrenty...now my charger damaged during physical problem...i contact dell customer support ..they says that ..my product have no warrenty in product only warrenty in software...but in my purchasing time online product detailed in 1 year manufaturer warrenty for device and 6 monts warent for in-box accesories...i am purchased the product in amazon...they provides the detail under the product...this is cheating with customers...i want my product to replace...

Updated by brijithbaji i purchased this item through AMAZON..he also tells that they cannot proceed any warrenty action against that...what can i dooo
