DELL VOSTRO 3546 NOTEBOOK - NOT CONNECTING TO MY 42 " PLASMA TV - EXPRESS SERVICE CODE [protected] - I am complaining since many months but to no avail. Your support team has failed to solve my problem. All the other company laptops and also my old ACER laptop are supportive. They are also cheaper ones compared to my present DELL Laptop. Last time I had complained twice but still my problem is not solved. If you cannot get the problem solved, please refund me my amount so that I can buy a different company laptop which is compatible with my TV. This is my last request. The major problems are that 1. LAPTOP not connecting to PLASMA 43" TV through VGA cable 2. LAPTOP is not supportive for some MEMORY CARDS. 3. Software problems such as screen not getting auto-off, search engine not funcioning etc etc. Was this information helpful? |
