Its government industrial training institute, kalyani, nadia, west bengal.
We are using about 40 nos dell computers from last few years.
Now only 3 computers are not running (I. E. System is not switching on).
Few computers having problem with lan port.

Hope we shall get positive and effective support from your end.
The warranty has expired. We are ready to agree with your quotation.

I have been calling and talking with the customer care executives several times for last 3 days. But i am totally disappointed with the system and it took more than few hours.
Please support as earliest.

Keyboard is not working and mouse is also not working in some times and in the keyboard all time '/' is repeating some the button is also not working and display is also not working in middle vertical line is comming as please do it as early as possible

I am facing a problem my Dell monitor .my service tag no - 1G3SJJ2 and my Dell monitor -D1918H.My monitor colour is changing all is showing royal blue colour.. Dear team please kindly help me and solved my problem..
