I am Ankit Kumar Saini purchase dell product (Laptop Inspiron 15 3000) on dated 23 Aug 2023. But from the starting product is not working properly. Many times I connect with customer care they only process some setting bios update load defaults etc. not fruitful. After some time touch pad is bad they replaced after many days. Again 1 day blue screen is there laptop dead again I connect customer care they said HDD corrupted and load windows again to boot system I done the same. System loaded my all data was lost due to your bad product deliver. Again new HDD arrives with engineer and he replaced but HDD not detect he return new hdd and again after some days mother board hdd cable all changes by engineer but issue not resolved. 5 time we already update windows. 4 times I take data backup which is 300GB. My office work spoiled due tjis laptop and my 7 to 8 days laptop not working at the time customer care servicing g and engineer service.
Now in this laptop audio not working m already check all update driver and all things.
Call customer care they said you case in design team since 4 day but they not revert. Till they not revert I cannot help you.
Till Now my work is hampered tell dell people who compensate this loss. Every day I loss many meeting it means loss in cr. Who bare this cost.
