[Resolved] Dell — my laptop isn't working properly

i have been continiously chasing yu guys evry nw n thn bt still left with no permanent solution... after I got the lap top only in 3 mothns approx. I found sumthings wrong wd my battery i changed it!! Every time i call cc thy gv me solution of formating... everytime I copy my data (most worst thing to do, copying lots of data everytym) then get da format thing done but again after few days facing the same problem ... thy even said me dat its a fault of windows 8 (microsoft) bt is dat yur coustomers fault... did'nt expected this bad service from dell...
