[Resolved] Dell — not providing warranty

Sir, My 2 year old laptop was not turning ON, was just beeping, so I went for a mother board replacement in "EXCELLENT COMPUTERS No 21, Near Joy Alukas, Kamaraj Salai, Venkata Nagar, Pondicherry - 605011" a DELL dealer in Pondicherry since there was no service centre near by, also they were manipulating as the service centre of Dell in Pondicherry.They replaced my motherboard charging Rs 10, 000 from me, but does'nt provide any warranty, where as all other shops and the company itself is providing 3 months warranty. Now My laptop is again showing motherboard complaint within 2 months of this replacement. I claim to get warranty.

We recommend our customers to extend the warranty, once it gets over for any hardware support. Even if you are at remote location we send engineer at customer’s place to get the part replaced.
