Dr Lal Path Labs — Fake test report

This is to bring to your kind attention that I had given blood sample at Dr. Path Labs, New Rajender Nagar and I was given Lab No.[protected] on 16/06/2021 for Tests of HbA1c and Random Blood Sugar. When I collected my Report, I was shocked to see the reported value of Random Blood Sugar as 658 which put me in deep depression and not accepted at any cost. I raised a complaint in this regard with Service Request No. REQ[protected] and it has not been resolved till date and time to my satisfaction. Really its a hell a lot now. At Dr. Path Labs people are sitting only for the sake of mentally disturbing the customers. Now if you people have little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give respect to the customers and compensate my complete amount given for the testing of sample at the earliest. Today as on 24/06/2021 six days are over but I was not given any compensation. Instead the customer care and the panel of doctors are very rude in nature. Dr Lal PathLabs is to be locked as these labs are fraud labs and produce fake wrong test reports of the customers and give them total depression and frustration.
